Email Advertising

Reaching A Large Audience - We utilize email advertising tools that allow us to reach close to 7,000 agents in the DFW metroplex. We frequently utilize this extremely effective advertising tool for a variety of purposes. We send out email flyers to quickly and effectively inform other agents about our listings and any changes to said listings.

Timing Is Everything -  By sending out "Coming Soon" email flyers prior to listing your property we are able to proactively get your home on the radar of potentially interested parties. This is a great way to drum up interest in your home so once it is listed we can hit the ground running. As soon as your property hits the market we send out another email flyer announcing that it has been "Just Listed". Likewise similar flyers go out for Open Houses as well as to announce any changes to the listing.

Local Advertising

Spreading The Word Locally - People like to know what is happening in their neighborhoods. We send out "Just Listed" postcards to certain neighborhoods upon listing your home. This helps to raise local awareness of a new listing.

Information Is Key -  Another tool we use to spread information about your home is a "take one" flyer with bright and appealing graphics featuring the professional photography we arranged to have taken of your home. This allows prospective buyers to get the basic details and an idea of the features of your home quickly and efficiently.
